Services
We offer website development, landing pages, Meta Ads management and customer reply systems. The services, deliverables and what is not included are set out in a written proposal before any work starts. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until you accept a proposal.
Prices and payment
Your proposal states the full price, any third-party costs and the payment milestones. We accept Mobile Money and bank transfer in Ghana cedis, and US dollars for clients outside Ghana. Third-party costs, such as domains, hosting plans, paid apps and your Meta ad budget, are paid by you to those providers unless the proposal says otherwise.
Timelines
The proposal gives a timeline. It depends on you sending the content, access and feedback we ask for on time. If something you control is delayed, the timeline moves by the same amount.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it. Cancellation and refund terms are written in your proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise, money paid for work already delivered or milestones already completed is not refundable.
Results
We work carefully to help your business get attention and inquiries, but we do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales or ad results. Platforms such as Meta and Google set their own rules and can change them at any time.
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, the website and materials made for you are yours, and we hand over access to the accounts set up for the project. You must have the rights to the logos, photos and text you send us. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Concept work
The projects shown in Concept Work are self-initiated demos that use sample data. They are not client work, and the brand names in them are used for demonstration only.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or events outside our control.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If we disagree, we will first try to settle it by talking. If that fails, the courts of Ghana will decide.
