Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 October 2026. This page explains what happens to the details you share with ClickRelay through this website.
Who we are
ClickRelay is a digital growth studio based in Accra, Ghana, and is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, email clickrelayweb@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
What we collect
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you need and a short project description. Your business name, budget range and country are optional.
The form does not store anything on this website. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your answers open in WhatsApp as a message, and nothing is sent until you press send there. If you email us instead, your message reaches our email inbox.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you hire us, run the project. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Services we rely on
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google) carry the messages you send us, under their own privacy policies.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like every web host, it handles basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Where your data goes
WhatsApp, Gmail and Cloudflare run servers outside Ghana, so messages and technical data may be stored or processed abroad. We only use large providers with their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to reply and, if we work together, for the length of the project and our records afterwards. Ask us and we will delete them sooner where the law allows.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, and object to how we use them. Email us and we will reply. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.org.gh.
